It might be interesting for you to write about it given that you aren’t subject to things like stress or anxiety. What constitutes a bad week for a psychopath and why?
Also, I’m curious to get your partner’s perspective on your relationship too. Neurotypicals ( myself included) are very hung up on ‘chemical love’. I’m curious to know how your partner experiences your intentional style of love as well as challenges specific to a relationship where there is a psychopath and neurotypical pairing. Both directions, what you find challenging and what your partner finds challenging and how you both meet in the middle. A joint article would be a blast to read!
Agreed - as interesting as it is hearing about the latest research (the good studies not the ridiculous ones), nothing teaches us more about psychopathy than the stories from daily life...
Can you feel disgust? Are there actual psychopathic serial killers and why would they become one? (Definitely the one I am most curious about). Have any of your friends or partners ever been genuinely afraid of you mask off? Is monogamy required for a psychopath? I saw you write about trust and jealousy. Im sure you have already explained some if not all of my questions before, but it was hard to get a definitive answer googling these things.
I concur with Leo: Exactly right!!! It does seem like a long time you addressed the issues he presents.
Leo and I wish you see you, close up and personal, expressing these sort of immediate and geniune impacts in your life. hehehe. Leo? Do I have this right?
BTW, I do not feel disgust or revulsion in a moral sense. There are some sights I do not wish to see, etc. But disgust? I don't think so for myself.
Leo if I haven't bored you to tears already?? Given it is an off week for Athena?? Could you post your experiences of feeling disgust?
A question I think might be interesting are things that you thought was part of the psychopath experience, but through interacting with another psychopath you realized are just weird quirks of yours?
I know that your life is full of realizing that something you thought was just some quirk of yours turned out to stem from your psychopathy, so I'm curious if there's anything that is the reverse.
Hey. My cousin died this weekend. From a drug overdose.
She is the second in my family in the last year. Likely same supplier.
Another woman from the community died 2 weeks ago. They were 55, 29, 43 respectively.
They likely purchased from the same supplier.
When I got the call, I knew someone had died. I thought it would be my sister. That would be a moral dieima for me as I would have to consider going to the funeral.
Finding out it was my cousin, not my sister, meant finding new ways to use words to show the proper attitude. You would have smiled and expressed an unqualified satisfaction with my most excellent proformance. This is the type of thing you mean by "mask".
That I use one, in this seemingly appropriate context, doesn't mean I am pyschopathy. Nothing of the kind. It just means I didn't feel much of anything except some relief I would not be schlepping 7,000 km to an awkward social event involving a dead body.
Take some time with your business and yours.
When you get back, could you do something of "just you" "You for a day" that also includes kidnapping your SO for some robust physical interaction!! hehehe.
Oh no, hope whatever's up gets sorted out quickly, and all will be alright in the end - as the saying goes 'if it's not alright then it's not the end'. Like others said don't feel the need to share any more than you want to, you don't owe us anything (not that you would feel you did anyway, probably, but I've gone into NT mode).
Please feel free to let us know whatever you think fitting concerning your week. After all, you are a human being, not a content creation robot. I wish for whatever has happened to be quickly and smoothly resolved.
Take all the time you need, Athena. Days, weeks, months, years -
Eve
Thank you, Eve
Uh yes, please tell us. At least I'd like to know, I'm nosy af lol. And hopefully you have a better rest of the week!
Thank you, Aurora
I hope your week improves Athena.

May the force be with you!
Thank you, and I will consider how to write those
I really liked this one, it answers alot of the questions you asked - it's one of my favourites!

Indeed, I did address a fair amount of it there.
Thank you Jen

All right, good to know

Funny cat pic
I figured if it cracked me up, it would work well for the post.
Yes, kitty is cute 🥰

Edit: Not a new reader, just have poor recall.

I will consider that for a time and try to see if there are any I can think of.

"if it's not alright then it's not the end"
I have never heard that saying, and I like it a great deal.
It's a good one isn't it :o)
It is indeed
