I once shifted dramatically from needing at least eight hours of sleep and still feeling constantly tired, to only needing about five hours. What caused that change, was the same thing that got me an entirely new perspective on psychopathy which has bettered my life every day since then. I now consider myself somewhat in the same "team" as psychopaths, even though I think I can safely say that I couldn't be diagnosed with psychopathy even though my life depended on it. I am dying to communicate my insights about this experience of mine, but it is quite expansive and complicated, so I am still working on simplifying my story so I can tell it.
But this list that you are debunking is hilarious, totally chaotic and obviously not a work of a grounded and knowledgeable person.
Man! I am guessing this is the nearest a psycopath can get to Venting Spleen! All good, and all valuable. I do not I understand the need to attribute psychopathy to people in ones own life. I have met hundreds of people and so some of them must have been psychopaths, but I have no idea who they were.
Fucking hilarious Athena I’m glad I checked this out good job I’m going to make an account just so I can subscribe to this shit your blogs are better than the days of our lives for a sad fat girl.
I recall in my late 20's having someone really get in my face about something and I laughed at him. He then shifted to making accusations that I "wasn't a real man" or something because I didn't get angry. Fine, I did I thing I've since called the Gargoyle. That was amusing.
Anyway on smell, for awhile I had associated the smell of a Subway sandwich with a severe bout of food poisoning I suffered from but that seems to be gone now. No more association. go figure
It appears, on first glance, that they are confusing MNPD with psychopathy.
This appears to be a common occurrence.

The sleep thing sort of makes sense tho. One of the functions of sleep is psychological processing, which is mostly processing unpleasant emotions.
When I was still emotionally reactive, I needed 9 or 10 hours a nite. The last 3 years, it's only 6. I think the reduction is due to equanimity.

The author talks about malignant NPD and not about psychopathy.
