Psychopaths use masks to blend in. If a psychopath is picked out for because they stood out, they have failed in their masking. I have yet to meet someone like that.
No that's not possible except perhaps with A tiers who DGAF and have all the levers maxed out. Most don't even realize it about themselves, just go around wearing a mask like you assume everyone else in the world does and wonder what the heck is wrong with them most of the time
